Rhubarb Coffee Cake – you can’t miss this one.

1 ½ C. brown sugar
½ C. shortening
1 ½ C. rhubarb
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. buttermilk
2 C. flour

Mrs. Proctors Rhubarb Bread – this lady could really bake.

This different use of tangy rhubarb is “deeeeeelicious”.  This recipe is from the archives of my grandmother, Ethel Eynard.  Jefferson City, MO.  1971.

Rhubarb Custard Pie – springtime means fresh Rhubarb is ready to be picked, imagine this in a custard pie, and here is our recipe for this famous pie.
