Quick and Delicious Brittle – this only takes 8 minutes to make.

This is very crunchy and will keep in a tight fitting container for several weeks.  Candy making doesn’t have to be hard.

Pear, Pistachio and Chicken Liver Mousse – feed the gourmet inside of you with home made pate.
