2 Tbsp. orange juice<br />
1 Tbsp. butter<br />
2 C. dairy sour cream<br />
2 Tbsp. sugar<br />
1 Tbsp. vinegar<br />
Dash of salt</div>
<div class="rr_introtext">In small saucepan, mix eggs with sugar, orange juice and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in butter and salt. Cool; then, fold in sour cream. Chill while preparing fruits.</div>

<p>1 C. seedless green grapes<br />
1 C. diced banana<br />
1 C. diced pineapples<br />
1 C. pitted Bing cherries<br />
1 C. diced orange<br />
1 C. cantaloupe (optional)<br />
2 plums diced<br />
2 C. miniature marshmallows<br />
Combine fruits and marshmallow. Fold in creamy dressing; spoon carefully into serving bowl. Chill 24 hours to allow fruits and dressing flavors to blend fully. Garnish with fruits and sprigs of mint if desired.</p>

<div class="rr_introtext">1 15 oz. Blueberry&#8217;s in Liquid (rinse lightly and drain)<br />
1 Package White Cake Mix<br />
1 Package of Instant Vanilla Pudding 4 serving size<br />
4 Eggs (beaten)<br />
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil<br />
3/4 C. Milk<br />
1 tsp. Vanilla</div>

<div class="rr_stepstext">Rinse Blueberry&#8217;s lightly and drain well. In mixing bowl beat eggs until light. To the eggs add cake mix, pudding, vegetable oil, vanilla, and milk. Beat until smooth but do not over beat. About two to two and half minutes. Batter will be thick.<br />
Carefully fold blueberry&#8217;s in batter with a spoon or spatula. try not to break the berry&#8217;s, they can be very tender.<br />
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 &#8211; 30 minutes depending on the size of you muffin cups. Test with a tooth pick and taking care not to over bake.<br />
Will make about 9 large muffins or 12 &#8211; 15 small muffins.<br />
Store muffins in a air tight container.</div>

APPLE MIX<br />
1/4 C. Butter<br />
1/2 C, Light brown sugar<br />
2 lbs. Red delicious apples; peeled &#8211; cored, dice 1/2&#8243; pieces<br />
1 tsp. Cinnamon<br />
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg<br />
1/2 tsp. Allspice<br />
PRALINE TOPPING<br />
1 1/2 C. Dark brown sugar<br />
1/2 C. Butter &#8211; softened<br />
1 C. Pecan pieces<br />
APPLE CHEESECAKE<br />
16 oz, Cream cheese &#8211; softened<br />
1/2 C. Granulated sugar<br />
3 large Eggs<br />
1 C. Heavy whipping cream</div>

<div class="rr_stepstitle">CRUST-Melt butter. Stir in the crumbs and sugar until thoroughly blended. Press into the bottom of a 9&#8243; spring form pan. Set aside. APPLE MIX-In a Dutch oven, melt butter over low heat, add brown sugar, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Simmer over low heat until apples are soft, but still hold their shape. Cool mixture to room temperature and reserve.<br />
TOPPING-In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together with a fork until well incorporated. Reserve.<br />
CHEESECAKE-In a large bowl with an electric mixer cream together sugar and cream cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time until smooth. Add the cream and continue beating until the mixture is thick and creamy. Gently stir in the cooled apple mix by hand. Pour into the prepared spring form pan. Spread praline topping over the top. Bake at 350~ for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Allow cooling to room temperature before removing the sides of the pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped cream.</div>

<div class="rr_stepstext">Wash strawberries, and cut the tops off. Let strawberries drain. Mix together heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and the brandy. Beat with a mixer until this becomes thick. Place strawberries into glasses and spoon over the sauce. Makes 3 to 4 servings.</div>

36 oz. Orange Juice<br />
16 oz. 7 up<br />
8 oz. Sweet &amp; Sour<br />
8 oz. Grenadine<br />
8 oz. Triple Sec<br />
8 oz. Brandy &#8211; optional</span></p>
