Jack in the Box Mini Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Jack in the Box makes some wonderful mini sirloin burgers, but they also serve up mini buffalo chicken sandwiches. These are easy to make, and perfect for a party, a tailgate celebration, or even any night for dinner. Be sure to use Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to make these sandwiches spicy, Frank’s Red Hot sauce is what Jack in the Box uses, and it is one of be best hot sauces around.

1 package heat and serve rolls

buttermilk ranch salad dressing

Franks Red Hot Sauce

iceberg lettuce

chicken nuggets

Prepare the chicken nuggets as directed on the package. Cook the heat and serve rolls until done. You will want to use 1 chicken nugget for each roll. Split open the rolls, on the bottom bun coat with buttermilk ranch dressing, and then put the chicken nugget down on the bottom bun. Add about 1 teaspoon of Frank’s Red Hot sauce to the top of the chicken nugget and then top with iceberg lettuce and the top bun.

This is the perfect dip to make for a game, tailgate party, or perhaps even movie night. This dip is wonderfully unique it is easy to put together, but it tastes just like hot wings, but there aren’t any bones. You may want to serve some celery along with this dish.

1 large can of chicken
1 package cream cheese
1 package shred cheese…any blend will do
1/2 bottle Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce…or your favorite wing sauce
1/2 package of ranch mix

In saucepan over medium heat combine all ingredients until well blended without lumps. serve with tortilla chips or triscut crackers.

Wings and Things #3 Chicken Tenders and Hot Sauce

Hot wings are wonderful, this recipe uses tenders, so no bones. You can make crispy chicken tenders just like Wings and Things does. Dip these tenders into as much or as little hot sauce as you like.

2 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders
1/2 C. butter
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 C. Franks Original Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Deep fry chicken tenders. Melt butter and hot sauce together. Add vinegar to the butter and hot sauce mixture. Pour this over the deep fried chicken tenders.
Sometimes I add some cayenne pepper for extra heat.
