This recipe was created by both my Ukrainian and Spanish Friends (no kidding)…..
Shot and a Half Premium Vodka
Shot and a Half Silver Tequila 
Slice of Lime

Mock Champagne – this is great for a Sunday brunch, or anytime you want to serve up non-alcoholic.

This is great for a Sunday brunch or anytime you are looking for something non-alcoholic.  You can serve something sparkling that is special and something that most everyone can drink.  Enjoy this recipe.
Apple Juice
Ginger Ale
Chill both in refrigerator, until well chilled. Mix in equal parts, and serve.

Orange Julius – we drank so many of these at malls when growing up, you can still enjoy this drink.

2/3 C. orange juice concentrate
1 C. water
1 C. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C. powdered sugar
6 ice cubes (approx 1 1/2 cups ice)
Put all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until smooth.
Servings: 8 – 1/2 cups
