Diabetic Sugar Cookies – these sugarless cookies are tasty for the whole family.

These cookies are sweetened with Orange Juice.  This recipe is from the archives of my grandmother, Ethel Eynard.  Jefferson City, MO.  1989.
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. grated orange peel
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ C. butter
1 egg
½ C. orange juice
½ C. raisins
½ C. chopped walnuts

Diabetic Pumpkin Pie – desserts without sugar can be tasty.

Sugarless Apple Pie – sugarfree pie can be tasty, you can make sugarfree apple pie at home.

This is from the archives of my Grandmother, Ethel Eynard.  Jefferson City, MO. 1980.  My father was a diabetic, and finding tasty baked goods that were sugarless.  This pie is quite good, and you won’t even miss the sugar.
