Masson’s Cream of Artichoke Soup – make this special soup at home.

Masson’s is located in New Orleans.  This is a rich and creamy soup that should not be missed.
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 C. chopped onion greens
1 bay leaf
1 piece chopped celery
1 chopped carrot
1 C. heavy cream
1 pinch thyme
1 qt. chicken consommé

Artichoke Dip – this tangy dip is hard to beat, but it is easy to make.

Artichoke dip is very easy to make, and tastes so exotic.  This dip can be served with crackers, chips, and veggies.  This is a great dip for a party as you can make it ahead of time, and heat it when your guests arrive.

This is a wonderful salad. I really like to bring this dish to someone’s house. It is different, and it has a distinct taste. I like to use a chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni on this.

Easy Artichoke Dip

This is an easy to make artichoke dip you can make with what’s in already in your pantry. 
1 (15 oz.) can plain artichoke hearts, drained
1 C. mayonnaise
1 C. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic
