Hey, I’ve got an older sister who LOVES Cold Stone’s Banana Ice cream. I search constantly online to find the recipe, or at least one that comes close to what I’m looking for; but I’m always greeted with no results. So if you, or ANYONE can help me with this problem I’m currently facing with, I’ll appreciate it.

I would love to find a great home made version of the doughnut (donut) stores Apple Fritters. The dough has a nice snap texture on the outside and it’s a medium density inside with the chopped up apples.
I’ve been a subscriber to the newsletter for a while now, and I also have to chime in on the Olive Garden’s Chicken Gnocci (?) soup of yours is really good and it’s the only soup my hubby will ask me to make.
Consider that a hit!

I used to make these when I worked at the bakery. It’s yeast donuts chopped up, with apple pie filling, cinnamon and sugar. Mix all together, fry in grease. Some bakery may sale donuts and pie filling if you ask.

I’m going to attempt to recreate the Williams and Sonoma Meyer Lemon Braising Sauce. Their website shows the ingredients. http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/meyer-lemon-braising-base/ In thinking about what I know the measurement of each item gets smaller as you read down the ingredient list. Do you have any suggestions for how to tackle this?
Here’s my initial thought
3/4 c. chicken broth
2 lg. onions diced
3 lemons juiced
1/2 c. chardonnay
? granulated sugar
2 1/2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
? chicken demi glace
? roasted chicken stock
1 cube dried chicken stock
2 cloves roasted garlic
? whole grain Dijon mustard
2 med Meyer lemons juiced
lemon peel (thinking 2 tblsp grated Meyer lemon peel)
1 tblsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp black pepper

I am not sure what the question is. I haven’t tried their recipe, so I can’t say, but this would be the technique I would use to work this out.

We recently moved to Texas and Mexican food is everywhere. Coming from the mid west we didnt eat much of this ever. We found a restaurant called Christina’s that has a shrimp taco. I would love to make these at home. It does have bacon in it but also a smokey flavor.
