- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground mace (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice, or cloves, or cardamom
If you are using whole nutmeg grate nutmeg with a micro plane, or a nutmeg grater. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix together well. Store in an airtight container until you are ready to use.Print Recipe
