I haven't made it yet, but the recipe calls for two 14 ounce cans of chicken broth, but in the videl she says 2 cups of chicken broth which is one can. When I try to bring up the video, there is the recipe and it also calls for one can of chicken broth.

I absolutely ADORE this soup! With the economy the way it is, how can you afford to eat this as much as you want unless you do it at home? I use the basic recipe listed here, but omit the gnocchi (my husband is diabetic, doesn't eat high carb foods, and I don't like the gnocchi anyway). As with any food, you need to taste it to see if you need to add extra spices or seasonings, like salt. I ended up needing more salt. Be careful not to use a low sodium chicken broth. I use canned chicken meat, and I just drain off the liquid before adding it to the soup base. I also use frozen chopped spinach, just take out and add as much or as little as you like. Thank you so much for having a site that allows people to make the foods they crave at home! Next for me, finding a recipe for OG's Lasagna Fritta.
