Menu Plan April 18 – April 24

It has been a couple of very busy weeks in the CopyKat kitchen lately.  We are getting ready for Easter festivities.  Easter is a special holiday in which you can share a special meal with your friends and family.  I know I have thrown a brunch for the past 7 or 8 years now in which all of my friends bring some of their favorite recipes.
