Mississippi sin, you may ask, what is this? Well, it is french bread stuffed with a cream cheese mixture, perfectly seasoned with ham, green onions, and cheddar cheese.

This recipe is from Kathelynn, this was her entry for the Super Bowl recipes for 2011. This is a tasty stuffed bread that tastes so good. She recommends that you can serve this, or bring it along with you.

This is a wonderful party food that is perfect for a crowd this is a highly rich and succulent treat.
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf of French Bread sliced down the middle, shorter smaller loaves are preferred.
- Combine:
- 2 cups grated Cheddar
- 1 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup chopped up ham Small)
- 1/3 cup green chilies (small can) Mild
- 1/3 cup green onions. (Scallions)
Instructions
After combining above put mixture into bread bottom, fill it up. Put top on and cover entire bread with foil.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from oven serve it or take it with you……yum yum..yum.
You can serve with bread cubes. Crowd favorite is Fritos chips.
