We are in between the two biggest food holidays of the year. You may be tired of cooking this week, and you may have a few left overs from the big Turkey day, or maybe you are like me, and had dinner at someone else’s house, and you don’t have any left overs.


November 28
Sunday is the day to spend in the kitchen, Sundays are slower paced days than most of the week so why not make an extra special meal for you and the people you spend the most time together with?

Tonight it’s steak and potatoes, but the potatoes have a twist. These sweet potatoes are turned spicy with the addition of Chipotle peppers. Choose the steak you like best, and prepare it the way you like the most. Enjoy a salad with Houston’s Buttermilk Ranch Dressing.

Tonight, let’s have dinner at the Red Lobster without leaving home. You can put together some great tasting Red Lobster Clam Chowder and some of those Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Tonight you can enjoy all of the biscuits you want without having the server give you the eye.

It’s Friday and no one wants to spend too much time in the Kitchen. If you don’t have the exact vegetables that are requested in this recipe, look in your vegetable bin, and use what you have. This recipe is easy to make, and it is really best with what’s the freshest at the market. Since it is Friday, you can enjoy a glass of Olive Garden Berry Sangria to cap off your long work week.
