What a wonderful opportunity! Reading cookbooks is my passion. Your Copykat books are a special pleasure because the recipes are interesting, yet down to earth; they are detailed in such a way that anyone can follow the directions, and the illustrations are especially helpful. Many of your recipes are in my permanent collection of “keepers.” It would be such a pleasure and honor to be able to read and review your current book. Thank you for your consideration.

It would be a treat to review your cookbook. Even us pay-check Moms feel it is important to be able to create restaurant quality recipes at home.

  • Jonna Long

I would love to review your cook book, I collect them. Also, in todays economy, where wages are low, I have been unemployed and had to take a job that pays 50% of what I was earning prior to lay off, so going out to eat with a family is too costly, and now I have to improvise and try and make something at home that is different then the everyday humdrum. We enjoy tasting new foods and going to favorite restaraunts, but not as often now as before.

  • Joanna Long

I would love to review your cookbook, as I collect them. Also, we have enjoyed eating out but I was laid off last year and had to take a job that pays 50% of what I was making prior, so going out to eat is now a special treat, and we miss eating some of our favorite restaraunt foods. This would be a treat for me and my family.

  • Ms. Margaret A. Brooks, MMA

    Dear Ms. Manley:

I was Very tickled to come across your CopyKat website and have been a fan ever since. I have been discovering favorite foods at restaurants for Years and trying to emulate them at home. I have had some nice successes, and actually have found a couple recipes on your site that were quite similar to my own copy cat concoctions — most notably for oriental dishes! Thanks very much for validating what I thought was my rather odd hobby!!!! hahaha.

I would love to review your new book, Dining Out At Home!!!!!! Let me know if I can help!! Keep Dishing It Out!

    Thanks,
    M.

Hi there!!!! I am a divorced mommy of 5 ranging in age from 18 to six years of age. The oldest just graduated from high school and the youngest from Kindergarten, who are all very active n school, church and sports. I love to cook and collect cookbooks as a fave hobby of mine. I am also a brain tumor survivor (2004, 3 weeks after my son was born i had brain surgery). Although currently on disability, I am in college to work towards a bachelors degree. I have always been fascinated with cooking even as a little girl I remember being in the kitchen watching a cooking show after school for a sweet pea salad in this huge mixing bowl lol. If I remember correctly it was alot of it and utterly disgusting but my mom and stepdad at the time supported me anyway which I belive is where my love for cooking blossomed. Amazingly enough although i have taught all my children how to cook, it is my only boy and youngest child Dane, who enjoys it as much as I do. He has his own apron and never lets a meal go by that I am cooking, without asking (begging) to help me cook! I would love for my family and I to review your cookbook! We have tried some of your fabulous recipes so it would be an ultimate honor!!! Especially for my son who although is just learning to read now as he gets ready for 1st grade, will be right there with me asking me to read it aloud and give an honest opinion on it with me as he is quite the critic and hilariously honest!!! Thank you so very much for your time and good luck if you do not choose my famil! ANY family you choose should be honored!! Take care<

    Hi, there–

It may be too late for you, but thought I’d offer anyway: If you can wangle an extra review copy, I’ll do a review on my site, Funny about Money, which is averaging around 12,000 to 14,000 unique visits a day. I also will use it as a giveaway prize at FaM, as many of my readers are enthusiastic home chefs.

Also, if you have time to share, I would be very interested in learning how you got that plug on ABC 15 News’s site (Phoenix, AZ). Was that a paid ad, or were you able to get them to write the post based on a press release or other device?

  • Barb McNeal

Good Morning! I often visit your website when I am searching for the one ingredient to make my dish special. Sometimes I need to satisfy a special request for a dinner party other times I want to make it exactly like something I had at a restaurant and loved. I have years of restaurant experience and many in sales and marketing. I would be excited if given the opportunity to review your new book…I will be checking back to see who select. Here’s to good eating!

I have been using CopyKat recipes for years. Some time your recipes are better than the going out mainly because it is alotttttt cheaper to use your recipes. I have made many of the recipes and people are always surprised that it tastes just like the real things and they always ask where I found the recipes and I always say at CopyKatrecipes. I have turned alot of people on to this site. Mary Greenan thanks for all the recipes
