		<description><![CDATA[I made this soup with a few substitutions to make use of ingredients I had on hand rather than spending extra money. I used turkey stock as I had just made some from turkey bones leftover from a previous meal and turkey breast from the same. Also I used evaporated milk instead of half and half.
Of course with the turkey it had a different flavor but it was still delicious and when I served it to my family everyone took seconds. I am definitely adding this to my recipe box.]]></description>
