I have always treasured cooking, especially with my young children. It is a great way as a home schooling family to incorporate science, math, art, more or less just about every subject imaginable. Two years ago when we had our 4th son, I suffered a stroke & cooking has become difficult. Your web site has offered some easy ways to still cook with the kids and enjoy wonderful meals. Thank you for all that you do. Cooking esp. with ones children has become a lost art, so please don't stop what you are doing! I believe you are a great encouragement to others. Also, I would love to see a category of recipes that are kid friendly and add a bit of creativity to the meal to spice it up for the young ones. Mine seem to be more willing to try new things if they can help and the meal has a new twist to it.
God Bless,
Stephanie Berberich
Actually I had developed a whole another site for Kids Recipes. I have been unable to continue with it, as honestly, I just don't have the time right now. I personally couldn't agree with you more. I hate to see that recipes for children have been dumbed down over the years. I think recipes for children can be creative, exciting, fun to prepare, and something more than teaching someone how to assemble food. Hopefully one day I can get back to that site. ~Stephanie

You could also try Chili and Lime Rub (store bought) and add a tbsp of it to 1/4lb. butter and use it on Chicken or Burgers.
