Joe Tecces Chicken and Broccoli

You can prepare this delicious meal, with this dish you don't need to make any sides.


  • 3 -4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts - cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 big head broccoli - cut into bite sized pieces
  • 3 - 4 cloves garlic - finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • Black pepper


Saute the garlic in the olive oil. Add the chicken and cook until done. Remove to platter. Add the broccoli and saute until crisp tender. Put the chicken back into the pan and toss together. Add the cheese and a healthy amount of freshly ground pepper. Serve with additional cheese.

    You can be so creative with this meal. I added onions, mushrooms, pesto sauce,fresh ginger, S&P and extra parmesan cheese to the pan. I also added some chicken stock. Tasted Great!

    I just made this for supper. I wasn’t expecting much but was totally shocked by how good it tastes. It is a perfect mingling of flavors. My hubby says it can put on his favorites list.

    Can this be cooked using frozen broccoli instead of fresh broccoli? If so, how do I go about adjusting the recipe?

      I am sure you could use the frozen, I would try letting the broccoli defrost before you begin to cook it.
