This is one good reason why I have pretty much stopped taking individual recipes, because unless I wrote the recipe personally, I can't be 100% of the authorship of the recipe. I didn't catch the cooking of the sauce in this recipe, I don't know if that was just a comment, or a difference in this recipe from the original.
