You can put together a hearty and healthy meal quickly with garlic, Roma tomatoes, Artichokes, and more in no time.
Artichoke

Johny Carinos Artichokes and Angel Hair Pasta

4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic finely diced
1 cup finely diced Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup finely diced black olives
1/4 cup capers
1 small jar of Artichoke hearts, halved
1 package angel hair pasta

Sauté garlic in olive oil until done.
Add tomatoes, olives, capers, and artichoke hearts. Sauté until done.
Serve over pasta.

  2. This is a delicious and very easy pasta dish. If you don’t like capers, simply omit them. I just had this dish tonight at Carino’s and didn’t taste fresh basil in it…maybe dried, but I doubt it.

  3. Carino’s has basil and is tossed with Parmesan cheese.

  4. This is my favorite dish at Carinos. Hope it tastes as good homemade!
