Chili’s Beef Fajitas for the Crock Pot

You can make beef fajitas in the crock pot!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of Sirloin Steak
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cups water
  • Sautéed onion & green pepper
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Salsa

Instructions

Cut sirloin steak into thin strips. Place in Crock-Pot, with chili’s, soup mix & water. Cook on low, 6-8 hours. Chop onion & bell pepper in small stripes, sauté in olive oil. Warm tortillas in microwave. Drain beef mixture. Place in center of tortillas, top with cheese, salsa, onions, peppers.

    So Dumb question, what type of cheese to they serve with the beef fajitas at chili’s? Thanks

      Chilis grills there meat. it has grill marks. So i agree with janices

      I believe they serve Monterey Jack and a Cheddar blend.

    I didn’t really care for these. The meat was tender but was more like eating a chuck roast in the crockpot. I thought it was nothing like chilis.

    I’m not sure why but this doesn’t show up if you click the “Chili’s” link in the ‘Tags’ box…but if you click the ‘chili’s recipe’ tag at the bottom of the post it shows all the other’s along with it – funky glitch … just so ya know – luv your site =)
