Chili’s Beef Fajitas

Chili’s is known for their high quality fajitas.  These are easy to prepare, and you can have that special Tex Mex flavor any night of the week.
Chilis Fajitas

Chilis Beef Fajitas

1 1/2 pounds of Sirloin Steak
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 cups water
Sautéed onion & green pepper
1 small can diced green chilies
Flour tortillas
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Salsa

1. Cut sirloin steak into bite size pieces.

2. Place in Crockpot, with chili’s, soup mix & water. Cook on low, 6-8 hours.

3. Chop onion & bell pepper in small stripes, sauté in olive oil.

4.Warm tortillas in microwave.

5. Drain beef mixture. Place in center of tortillas, top with cheese, salsa & onion & pepper mix.

    I’m not sure why but this doesn’t show up if you click the “Chili’s” link in the ‘Tags’ box…but if you click the ‘chili’s recipe’ tag at the bottom of the post it shows all the other’s along with it – funky glitch … just so ya know – luv your site =)

    I didn’t really care for these. The meat was tender but was more like eating a chuck roast in the crockpot. I thought it was nothing like chilis.

    Also, as I was browsing through your recipes, I found a recipe for la mansions chicken fajitas. In response to my last comment, this is more of the flavor I was looking forward!
