Cha-Cha-Coconuts Garlic-Mayo Dip

Garlic mayonnaise goes great on a sandwich, or even as a dip. You can make this one fresh.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3-5 finely minced cloves garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper - or to taste

Instructions

Simply mix ingredients with a fork, and let stand a while for flavors to mingle. If it is too strong for you, just add more mayonnaise. Thanks to Brian of Florida for sharing his recipe.

Where exactly does the coconut come into play? I think it got left out of the recipe by accident. Too bad… I never tried it, sounded good.
