I thought it was strange when suggested by the waitress as a French fry dip, but I tried it and loved it! Try this recipe with any fried vegetable!

Yield: approximately 1/3 cup.
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3-5 finely minced cloves garlic
1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper – or to taste
Simply mix ingredients with a fork, and let stand a while for flavors to mingle. If it is too strong for you, just add more mayonnaise. Thanks to Brian of Florida for sharing his recipe.
