This is a huge hit at my house we use it on everything from onion rings and french fries to hambugers. It is great, I did tweak a little bit but it is great.

Hi Joyce: This recipe for the Bloomin’ Onion is great for that. I bake zucchini and use it for a dip. However, the only thing about this recipe is I add (tablespoon at a time, until it is to my taste) sour cream. The sour cream takes away the little bit of 1000 Island dressing taste and to me gives it that perfect sauce for dipping onion rings, zuch., fried green tomatoes, etc. Enjoy!
