You know the first time I heard about this dish, I wasn’t thinking it was too impressive until I tried it. Very good stuff!

I have to say that I absolutely HATE cooked carrots and was making it mostly for my husband and son, but after they were ranting and raving over this thing, I decided to try it and it is absolutely delicious!!! Instead of a huge pan, i put mine into personal ramikins and it worked out just as well
