Olive Garden Artichoke Dip Recipe

The Olive Garden Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip is so good, so tasty, and so easy to make.  You can make your own Olive Garden Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip so easily, so you enjoy that taste anytime.

1 Cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or frozen & thawed)
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
dash black pepper
On the side
Crackers
Chips
or Sliced toasted Pitas

Boil the spinach and artichoke hearts in a cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain in a colander when done.  Heat the cream cheese in a small bowl in the microwave set on high for 1 minute. Or, use a saucepan to heat the cheese over medium heat just until hot.  Add the spinach and artichoke hearts to the cream cheese and stir well.  Add the remaining ingredients to the cream cheese and combine.

Serve hot with crackers, chips, or toasted pitas for dipping.

    This dip actually comes in frozen / they call it “value-added”, as most all the items.IE: LAsagna, MAnaicotti, Canneloni, San Remo dip, pre-breaded items(parm, veal).
    Therews a time many years ago that OG actaully made these items, but not anymore.
    There sauces are made daily, as are the soups..

    Thanks for a great and simple recipe! I grilled portabello mushroom caps and filled them with the hot dip, served with chicken and parsleyed rice. It was divine!

    This was amazing!!! I mixed all my ingredients together and baked it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I also sprinkled chili powder on top. Had mine with Wheat Thins and Chips… absolutely delicious!

    I found this recipe about 2 months ago and have probably made it 10 times since. I make it with the Copeland’s fried bowtie pasta instead of with chips and I am the new hero of my 10 year old son. He begs me to make this for him. And when my family comes to visit, they plead for me to make it for them as well. Thanks so much for this recipe…I really like being the hero of my household.
