This is a delightful cheese spread that will add a special touch to your dinner.  You may want to serve this bread with a warm bowl of soup.

1 lb margarine or butter, softened
3/4 lb finely grated cheddar cheese
3 oz grated Romano cheese
3 tbsp plus 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp paprika

Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer until well blended. Refrigerate.  When ready to use, spread on bread, and broil in an oven until melted, and just toasty.
