Sometimes I might through in some green onions. Its nice to see a recipe for a salad it reminds me that a salad can still be simple but good by just through some different ingredients in for a change. I love artichoke hearts but I usually only get them in my salad when I go to a restaurant its so simple to through them in my salad at home.
