Very easy to do and takes almost no effort. On the other hand, the cookies aren't that great. They're very crumbly and mediocre. If you want a quick fix of peanut butter cookies, this recipe is spot on. If you want a really good peanut butter cookie, keep looking. Just tried this recipe.
