Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies – these only have 3 ingredients!
Forget about hard to make recipes for cookies, this cookie is so easy your kids could make this. Don’t have a lot in the pantry? This is the perfect recipe for you!
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. sugar
1 egg
Stir up in a bowl, roll into 1 inch balls. Place cookie balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and smash like a # sign with a fork. Cook in 350 degree oven until lightly golden. Cool and enjoy! You can cook these until just done for softer cookies-or longer for crunchy ones. You can double or triple amounts to make more cookies-there’s just no messing this up! Great for quick cookies-class parties.

Just tried this recipe. Very easy to do and takes almost no effort. On the other hand, the cookies aren’t that great. They’re very crumbly and mediocre. If you want a quick fix of peanut butter cookies, this recipe is spot on. If you want a really good peanut butter cookie, keep looking.
These were great for a quick snack, but I did change something. I used a small amount of oatmeal and a few random spices.
Wow, I’m so excited to try this. I’m just getting ’started’ with cooking.
This is my extended family’s favorite cookie with this addition:
Instead of making the # with a fork, bake the cookies in 1" balls until golden (~8 minutes) then while still on cookie sheet, press an unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss into the center. Cool then transfer to plates and refrigerate until Kiss is hard.
