You might want to change that to be 2-4 Avacados instead of 24 Avacados.

That’s a large volume recipe. 24 is correct.

how do i make the guac. into more portioned controlled dip?There is only 2 ppl in my house that would be eating this so how do i make the recipe fit for 2 ppl and not 200?

there’s no garlic in chipotles recipe. the recipe is as follow:

24 avacados
4 cups diced red onion
4 cups fresh cut cilantro
3 cups diced jalapeno
1 cup lemon/lime juice
5 tablespoons salt

Yea yours is to the T…lol…minus the obvious spelling of avocados …yea i worked at three Chipotles, no garlic…best guac, ive ever had…

I made hundreds of cases of guac for Chipotle in 2010 working as a prep person for them in San Diego. The recipe is as follows:

1 case avocados
2.5c diced red onions
2.5c chopped cilantro
1c diced jalapenos, seeds left in
1/2c lime juice (though they actually use a limlemon blend made by Oodwalla)
3T kosher salt

Mash avocados almost entirely. Stir in remaining ingredients. That’s it.
