This is a wonderful cheese spread. This goes well with many different types of beer.
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beer
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1 teaspoon Coleman’s mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Whisk together the garlic, beer, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the cheese a little at a time and beat until smooth. Pack into a 2-cup crock, cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
