Incorrect. First always use day old rice – ALWAYS. Second completely forgeting the addition of garlic butter. This recipe is all over the NET and is WRONG.

Again……Oh no, you can ask for their “chicken” fried rice anytime. We ALWAYS get the chicken fried rice at lunch as we never go at dinner time!

It doesn’t have chicken with lunch, the chicken fried rice happens during dinner.
