Simon and Seaforts Blue Cheese Dressing.

Simon Seafort's blue cheese dressing is some of the best around, make this dressing at home.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon MSG (optional)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion salt
  • 1/4 cup Salad oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 ounces Blue Cheese

Instructions

Mix all the spices with the salad oil and water. Blend in the vinegar, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mash the blue cheese and stir into the dressing.

Serve on Romaine greens and grate or crumble blue cheese over salad. Garnish with croutons, chopped hard-cooked eggs, and toasted slivered almonds.
