Harry’s Bar Bellini – a freshing drink with peach puree and champange.
Bellini’s are a drink that goes hand in hand with a Sunday brunch. You can make these easily, and when fresh peaches are in season it is almost a sin not to make these.
1 peach
Champagne (chilled)
Wash, core, and peel the peach and puree in blender. Add one tablespoon of the puree in a champagne flute and top up with champagne, mix and serve.
