Lee’s Family Diner Becky Burger – This is a favorite from the restaurant, they submitted one of their favorite items to us.
So normally we like to make “CopyKat” recipes and give you our personal versions of the recipes, well Lee’s Family Diner was nice enough to send us their recipe. So here is an actual restaurant recipe. If you like this recipe Darrell Lee of the Lee’s Family Diner submitted this recipe for his famous Becky’s Burger. 4 oz ground beef
2 slices of Texas toast
2 slices of Swiss cheese
1 slice of onion
3 tsp. of teriyaki sauce
Put the burger on a grill or frying pan and add the onion and grill it with the burger. Place the Texas toast on a hot surface to brown both sides put the and then place the Swiss cheese on the bread. After turning the burger take a fork and put holes in the burger and add the teriyaki sauce and finish cooking , put onions on the toast add burger .
