Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Don’t  buy these in a package, make them at home.  They taste so much better!  Besides you need to do something with those seeds after you carve that pumpkin.

It’s been hard for me to get these to cook right, but I think with this recipe I will finally get it! I can’t get them salty enough or it’s too salty, but I sure do love these, hope I can figure it out. I eat these more than sunflower seeds in baseball season.
