You can make twiced baked potatoes easily at home.  Instant mashed potatoes can be enhanced with sour cream, butter, chopped onions and more to make a delightful side dish.  This recipe was donated by Angela.

1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Bacon bits
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 c. (heaping) Chopped Onions
2 tbsp. Parsley
1 1/2 c. Instant Mashed Potatoes
1/2 C. Butter

Prepare potatoes as directed. add 1/2 c. butter. Let Cool slightly. Mix all ingredients together and place in SPRAYED pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 Degrees.
