This makes a great light dessert!
- 6 ounces strawberry flavored gelatin
- 20 ouncesfrozen strawberries
- 13 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cup hot water
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in hot water. Add thawed strawberries and drained pineapple . Put half of the mixture in long dish and refrigerate until set. Spread sour cream over mixture and let set until firm. Add remainder of mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to use.Print Recipe
