You can make this salad ahead of time and serve when you are ready.  This is easy to prepare and tastes wonderful.  Recipe is from Ethel Eynard. Jefferson City, Mo. 1998.

Three Bean Salad

1 can green beans
1 can wax beans
1 can kidney beans
1/2 C. oil
1/2 C. vinegar
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Drain beans and place into a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients. Allow to set at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
