Soren’s Restaurant Dilled Potatoes and Sour Cream

4 potatoes, diced
1 lb. sour cream
2 Tbsp. dill
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes. Combine sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Add to cooked potatoes and chill.
