Meat Ball Soup
This is a full proof way to make a hearty soup. Home made meatballs, canned soup, will have you serving up meat ball soup in a jiffy.
1 lb. ground beef
dash salt and pepper
2 cans Campbell’s Bean with Bacon, Minestrone, Tomato or Vegetable soup
2 soup cans of water
dash salt and pepper
2 cans Campbell’s Bean with Bacon, Minestrone, Tomato or Vegetable soup
2 soup cans of water
Season beef with salt and pepper; shape into 36 meatballs. In saucepan, brown meat balls (use shortening if necessary); cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour off fat. Stir in soup and water. Heat; stir occasionally. Makes about 7 cups.
