Need a little variety for your egg rolls and more ?

1/2 C. chunky Peanut Butter
1/3 C. Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. freshly grated Ginger
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp. dried crushed Red Pepper
1/4 C. Chicken Broth
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. This is best if it sets for a couple of hours before serving.
