Cowboy Soup
You can put together this hearty soup by what is in your pantry. This makes a delicous Tex Mex soup that will fill you up.
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can ranch beans
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. Spanish rice, precooked
3 cans beef broth
8 oz. tomato sauce

Brown hamburger and onion together until well cooked. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients. Do not drain any of the vegetables. If you like more broth you can add additional or you may want to add one cup of water and a bouillon cube.
