Creole Seasoning Mix
Want the taste of south anytime? You can have it, this goes well on fish, shrimp, beans, or even sprinkled on buttered rice. Save money by making this spice blend at home.
2 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp. Dried Thyme
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp. Pepper
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Use to season chicken, seafood, steaks, or vegetables.

This is Emeralds spice recipe. I’ve been using it on seafood for years. I toss 2 tbs. with 2 lbs of shrimp and stirfry in olive oil and butter. YUM.
