We enjoy this one on fresh lettuce from the farmers market.

4 Green Onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 C. Vegetable Oil
1/2 C. Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender or food processor and pulse long enough that the onions are chopped. Chill a couple of hours before serving.
