I am Canadian, moved to States. I have been dying for Swiss Chalet... I actually spent 40 dollars buying the little packages on Ebay. I am extremely picky...Extremely and this is almost identical to the "Swiss Chalet Dipping Sauce". I love it and make it all the time with fresh cut home made french fries and pull apart buns along with a store bought rotisserie chicken. ITS AMAZING! Follow the instructions EXACTLY. Mix cornstarch seperately and add slowly. You may need to add more but it tastes off if you add too much so do it slow.

With all the spices and flavors in this sauce I thought it would be overpowering but it turned out delicious. I will be making this one again.
