You can enjoy a rice chocolately topping for your ice cream that gets hard and crunchy when you eat it. If you like dipped cones, you will really enjoy this ice cream topping.
4 oz. Chocolate Chips
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Butter
Melt chocolate chips and butter together, when ready to serve pour over ice cream, or even cake, this makes a wonderful frosting. You may need to make more, but keep it within these ratio’s.
