Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting is a classic, cream cheese, butter, and a little vanilla goes so well on most any cake.  Try out this easy to make frosting today!  This will frost one 13 by 9 inch cake, or your standard double layer 9 inch round cake.

Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 C. softened butter
1 (16 oz.) confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. chopped pecans (optional

Cream softened cream cheese and butter well, add sugar and vanilla blend well. Add pecans.
