I got this recipe from a neighbor when growing up in Colorado. This is the recipe that I always go back to for peanut butter cookies, you might call it a ‘Tried and True’ recipe. This recipe is from Lynn Ordorph, Pueblo, Co. 1979.
Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies
Everyone loves peanut butter cookies, these are yummy!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
Blend all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
