Tuna Mushroom Casserole
This is an inexpensive casserole that is quick to put together, and tastes great.
1 pkg. (12 oz.) wide noodles cooked and drained
2 cans (6 oz.) tuna, drained
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom steams and pieces, drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/3 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. crushed saltines or potato chips
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine noodles, tuna and mushrooms. Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over noodle mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Combine saltines and butter and sprinkle over noodles. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
